Former Ameriprise broker, Tom Parks, Subject of Multiple Customer Complaints for Unsuitability

Tom Parks was an Ameriprise Financial Services broker from 1993 till he was terminated in April of 2016.  He was terminated following multiple customer complaints for unsuitability in recommending various investments to include: variable annuities, REITS, mutual funds, and oil and gas securities.  Aside from the unsuitability claims, certain disputes allege breach of contract, fraud, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.  Per his FINRA BrokerCheck report, there are nine outstanding customer complaints against him.
