Broker Alert: New York-based Alexander Kibrik suspended by FINRA for failure to pay settlement

Alexander Kibrik has consented to a sanction from FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). FINRA is a non-governmental regulator of securities firms that focuses on investor protection and market integrity through effective and efficient regulation of the securities industry. In June 2018 Alexander Kibrik was suspended by FINRA indefinitely from practicing as a broker. Alexander Kibrik worked for Garden State Securities in New York, NY from 2015 to 2017.

Alexander Kibrik was previously associated with Radnor Research and Trading Company, a firm that was expelled by FINRA in April 2018.

FINRA alleges that Alexander Kibrik engaged in the following misconduct: failed to comply with an arbitration award or settlement agreement or to comply with FINRA’s request for information.

Customers alleges that Kibrik engaged in the mismanagement of funds, misrepresented investments, and made unauthorized trades. They allege that he is in breach of fiduciary duty as a stock broker.

Alexander Kibrik has been the subject of at least 2 customer disputes.
