Former Chelsea Financial Services Broker Brandon Rudolph Consents to Permanent Ban from Securities Industry

Brandon Rudolph (Brandon Carl Rudolph) has consented to a sanction from FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). FINRA is a non-governmental regulator of securities firms that focuses on investor protection and market integrity through effective and efficient regulation of the securities industry. In May 2018 Brandon Rudolph was barred permanently from practicing as a broker. Brandon Rudolph worked for Chelsea Financial Services in Las Vegas, Nevada from December 2014 to December 2016.

Brandon Rudolph was previously associated with Capital City Securities, and he worked for Wealthforge Securities, LLC from January 2017 through September 2017.

FINRA alleges that Brandon Rudolph engaged in the following misconduct: failed to respond to a FINRA investigation of his possible participation in private securities transactions away from Chelsea.

By refusing to provide information to FINRA, Brandon Rudolph violated FINRA Rules 8210 and 2010.
