Former New Albion Partners Broker Donald Leary Consents to FINRA Fine and Suspension

Donald Leary (Donald Charles Leary, Jr.) has consented to a sanction from FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). FINRA is a non-governmental regulator of securities firms that focuses on investor protection and market integrity through effective and efficient regulation of the securities industry. FINRA alleges that Donald Leary engaged in the following misconduct: engaged in unauthorized business activity without prior notice to Albion Partners and provided incorrect information on compliance forms.

Donald Leary was fired by New Albion Partners in October 2016. He has not been affiliated with any other FINRA member firms since then.
