According to former Meyers Associates L.P. broker, John Buonocore’s Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (“AWC”) with FINRA, he failed to cooperate with an investigation regarding certain trading anomalies affecting his clients.  The FINRA disciplinary matter relating to Buonocore’s AWC is 2016050364201.

In addition to the AWC, Buonocore’s FINRA Broker Check report shows that he was the subject of three customer complaints, one of which is still pending.  The allegations in the customer complaints include churning and unsuitability.
